He's switching up his training in order to prepare for the big event. "My training routine has changed from heavy weights with low volume repetitions to lighter weights with higher volume," says O. "I've also increased my cardiovascular training from twice to 4 times/week so still not too crazy, in order to retain the hard earned gains over the off season. There's not much sculpting going on right now, my focus is on bringing in a tight and very presentable physique. In order to do so, my diet consists of high protein, moderate good fats to low carbohydrates." We'll definitely be watching to see how his training will pay off.
