If you don't, you need to get your life together!! Lol.
No but seriously, abs are of utmost important in any kind of fitness program. A strong and healthy midsection is essential because it gives you the energy and stability you need to go through your day. It also gives strength and support to other areas of your body. Your abs are your core, so make sure you hit them hard the next time you hit the gym.
