Overtraining: Is There Really Such A Thing?


Throughout my gym journey, I used to be told that it's possible to overtrain yourself, and that you obviously shouldn't do it. But I've just recently heard another argument that says that there's no such thing as overtraining, just under sleeping. Basically it says that you can train as much as you want, just so as long as you adequately match that training time with the appropriate amount of rest time. Personally, I much rather prefer the second argument. What are your thought?
