It seems like every time I see Fred, I become more and more a fan of his. This is him guest posing at the NPC Muscle Beach Championships. One thing I liked about this is the super oiled up look he sported. Check it out after the jump.
Fred is so oiled up he looks like you could fry chicken on his stomach! Lol. I love it.
He knows how to drop it like it's hot too.
Fred's body is just excellent.
That body is just a wonderland theme-park of muscle; you just find something great on every part of him.
