Toney Freeman, the X Man

Toney Freeman, from Atlanta, GA, is one of my true favorites of bodybuilding. They call him the "X-Man" because of his broad shoulders, tiny waist, and flaring thighs. He is one of the true superstars of the sport, having an impressive longevity when so many other athletes have come on gone. At forty-something, his thick, meaty body has actually gotten better with time. I mean seriously, his physique is like an amusement park of rocky, round, and shapely muscle, and in my opinion he is one of the most gorgeous bodybuilders ever. Con Demetriou - Chasing The Dream

During the 2010 NPC Nationals in Atlanta, which is the largest amateur championships in the U.S., nearly every photographer, magazine editor, and everyone was talking about only one person-Joel Thomas. And when you check him out, it's not that hard to see why. The man is simply gorgeous. He has an out-west, All-American handsomeness to him, with a body packed with muscle. It's my hope that we see more of Thomas in the future.

Kai Greene Is Back To Take The New York Pro Title

Kai Greene, "The Predator," is back, and with a vengeance. After re-emerging from a self-imposed seclusion, and following a disappointing showing at the last Mr. Olympia competition, Kai shuts the New York Pro down to take the title home. So overwhelming was his performance that the competition quickly became a showdown for second place amongst the other competitors. It was clearly Kai's night, and he owned every moment of it. With a body that is just bananas, I'm rooting for him to make a good showing at this years Mr. Olympia. If he keeps it up like this, he may just even take the Mr. O title. We shall see. After the jump, you'll see what happened with Kai behind the scenes during his disappointing Olympia performance last year. Then you'll see Kai's redemption as he delivers a jaw-dropping, title winning performance at this years New York Pro.

The Meaty Quincy Taylor

There is something about Quincy Taylor that just will not leave my senses alone, and I think I know what it is. He has the type of physique that makes people into muscle addicts! His body is nothing but beef. Lots of beef. And no matter how much I see Quincy, I'm always left hungry for more. I love the shape and hardness of his muscles, and how freakish looking they are. This is definitely a guy who has become on of my absolute favorites.

Dennis caught my eye as one of the rising stars in the sport. I love the beautiful, Grecian statuesque look in his physique. I favor this look more as opposed to the approach that some bodybuilders go for of just getting huge without actually sculpting an aesthetically pleasing body. Apart from doing bodybuilding competitions, Dennis also does modeling, along with working as a police sergeant in North Brunswick, New Jersey. He has also been blazing up the competitive bodybuilding world, so lookout for Quincy, coming to a stage near you.

It was almost like magic. I was exploring the world of muscle, taking in the sights and sounds, when all of a sudden it happened. In an instant, I beheld one of the most beautiful creations that God laid on this earth, and in an instant, I was a fan. Almost anybody that gets the Roelly Winklaar experience is transfixed by his honey golden skin, his unique looks, his infectious smile, and his body that is just a massive playground of muscle. You see him, and you just want to run up and get embraced by those huge, muscled arms. You are completely smitten because you are astonished at just how sizzlingly handsome this man really is.

People like Zack Khan are the reason why I have so much respect and admiration for bodybuilders, even though I'm not a bodybuilder myself. He is truly committed to what he does, and is the living testament that hard work truly does pay off.
