Rasheed Oldacre Is Bringing Serious Beef
Recently at the Junior Nationals Bodybuilding Championships, an athlete emerged that really peeked my interest. He is Rasheed Oldacre, and his is a body that is truly impressive. Call me crazy, but something about him reminds me of an early version of Johnnie Jackson. Anyways, he ended up taking second place in the Super Heavyweight division behind Rudy Richards, but Rasheed still stood out to me more somehow. Rasheed's body is full and meaty; there is just a lot of it. See more of him after the jump.

Sean Allen - "A Lot of Meat In There"
Y'all remember this video? A lot of people keep saying that Sean has an arrogant personality. I don't know if he's arrogant, I think he just really feels good about himself, and there's nothing particularly wrong with that. It's only a problem if it causes you to act like a d#ck, or if you use it to put others down. I happen to think that he's kind of funny actually ('cause others take sh#t way too serious).

Sami Al-Haddad Puts Them To Shame @ The New York Pro 2012
When Sami told his federation that he wanted to compete at the New York Pro Championships, they looked at him like he just lost his mind. They felt that he should start small and work his way up the ranks, but Sami wanted to see where he stood with the best, and to give it his all. Now, because of his efforts, he now holds second place! Not bad for someone whom others thought wasn't even ready for this huge competition! Congrats Sami!
Posedown Final @ the FIBO Power Pro Championships

My Predictions For Shawn Rhoden
I seriously believe that with a little more maturity with his body, this cat can be the next Mr. Olympia. He already poses some of the most drop dead gorgeous muscular curves of almost anyone I've seen. He's like walking art, and I feel like he's only going to get better and better.

Make Fitness A Lifestyle, Not A Chore
Almost everybody I see wants to get in shape and work out, but what I also see is that a lot of people go about it in the wrong way. It seems like people want to go from zero to a hundred miles an hour in a split second, not realizing that the key is to pace yourself and ease your way into a more healthy way of life. If you've never worked out before, or hardly ever, I wouldn't recommend you jump head over heels instantly into a severe and rigorous regiment and just brutalize yourself in the gym to try and get in shape. Your more than likely to give up, or you won't be consistent, because this is too hard. Instead, what I would suggest to people is to start off small, and then gradually work your way up in your fitness levels.

Posing Master Class With Ulisses Jr. and Roger Snipes
Posing is not to be taken lightly. The ability to pose, and pose well, is crucial in the competitive bodybuilding circuit. This is because learning your body and how to present it from the best possible angles can mean the difference between winning a title, and merely placing behind. Here, Ulisses Jr., a MuscleMania World Champion, tutors Roger Snipes, the British Champion, on how to throw it down.
