David Henry is one of those athletes that you just get so excited about seeing onstage, because he brings such an energy and such a presence that truly electrifies. His physique evokes an intense admiration, so much so that you can't take your eyes off the man. And with a maga-watt smile and engaging personality, you just can't help but become a fan.
He began training with weights for his track and field events when he was 17, and from there ventured into bodybuilding, entering and winning his first bodybuilding title at the Team Muscle Tech Challenge. From there he has competed in a wide array of competitions, including making appearances at the Mr. Olympia. His body is exquisite and has such a wonderful symmetry, that he is always a crowd pleaser where ever he appears.
